CCF – Il Caos è alle porte

Mercoledì 13 giugno è stata disposta la campagna internazionale anti-anarchica sotto il nome di “operazione Ardire”. Le forze italiane dell’antiterrorismo di carabinieri e ROS sono state messe agli ordini della PM-inquisitrice perugina Manuela Comodi, ed hanno proceduto  all’arresto di otto compagni anarchici. In parallelo, indagini sono state condotte anche contro altri compagni (tra i quali i compagni delle Edizioni Cerbero).

Noi non conosciamo i dettagli del caso, né siamo noi avvocati per parlare il linguaggio di prove documentali o meno. Tutto ciò che sappiamo è che la polizia mondiale vuole abbattere la nuova anarchia.

Giudici, PM, interrogatori e sbirri antiterrorismo vogliono far inginocchiare ed incatenare con le manette gli indomiti insorti che illuminano le notti con la loro ribellione e dipingono le città coi colori di una tenace insurrezione anarchica.

Comunque, tutti noi anarchici d’azione, nichilisti, caotici ed antisociali abbiamo definitivamente oltrepassato il punto dove qualsiasi ritorno alla pace della normalità non è più fattibile. La nuova anarchia sembra la marea esplosiva che travolge i paesi, i confini ed i linguaggi. Compagni che non abbiamo mai incontrato, che non parlano la stessa lingua e dai quali ci separano migliaia di chilometri, fili spinati e mura delle prigioni, ridono e cadono nella malinconia con le nostre gioie ed i nostri dolori condivisi, e la nostra anarchia brucia come la luce di migliaia di soli che eruttano nella gelida notte della massa.

La polizia mondiale vuole abbattere questa ribellione internazionale. Non è una coincidenza che, poco prima dell’”operazione Ardire”, le forze antiterroriste hanno proceduto all’arresto di alcune persone in relazione agli attacchi della FAI-Bolivia. Non è un caso che l’”operazione Ardire”, al di là dell’aver colpito gli otto anarchici arrestati in Italia, si è espansa in Germania ed in Svizzera, posando il suo sguardo sui già imprigionati compagni Gabriel Pombo Da Silva e Marco Camenisch. Queste alchimie degli sbirri sono state effettuate nel preciso momento in cui i nostri due compagni stavano per giungere al rilascio dopo 18 e 21 anni in prigione, rispettivamente.

Ma l’esibizione della marionetta accusatrice M. Comodi non finisce qui. Con l’”operazione Ardire” sei di noi, compagni della Cospirazione delle Cellule di Fuoco, sono sotto indagine a causa della corrispondenza che abbiamo avuto con alcuni dei compagni arrestati.

Naturalmente, i tiratori di corda dell’unità antiterrorista greca non hanno perso l’opportunità di parlare riguardo al loro supposto contributo all’”operazione Ardire” con presunte informazioni raccolte dal controllo delle e-mail tra di noi. Naturalmente, i loro colleghi italiani non hanno mai dato conferma di questo, dal momento che le presunte informazioni tramite e-mail (incluse nella documentazione del caso italiano) erano traduzioni di testi politici che sono stati pubblicati nalle reti di controinformazione anarchica Culmine e ParoleArmate.

Ma, per non lasciare neanche un centimetro di sospetto di “scuse” legalitarie, vogliamo chiarire che: incuranti dell’inchiesta giudiziaria, dichiariamo che supportiamo tutte le azioni violente insurrezionali della FAI/FRI con tutta la nostra rabbia e tutto il nostro cuore.

Noi stiamo approvando con tutto il cuore ogni parola dalla FAI e la portiamo dentro di noi, cercando dei modi per trasformarle in pratica con le nostre stesse mani. La FAI/FRI era, è e sarà l’essenza della tenace insurrezione anarchica. Supportiamo, promuoviamo e partecipiamo alla Federazione Anarchica Informale – Fronte Rivoluzionario Internazionale (FAI/FRI).

Comunque, la propaganda del nemico e le operazioni militari-poliziesche, come l’”operazione Ardire”, in aggiunta agli arresti, mirano a costruire un clima di paura. Loro desiderano trasmettere la paura della prigione e l’immagine di una polizia onnipotente, in modo da sospendere la guerra della nuova anarchia contro il sistema.

Ciò che è importante per noi in questo momento è combattere la paura. E’ il nostro modo per andare prima all controattacco. “Questo vuol dire affondare ulteriormente il coltello nel cuore del nemico, senza aver paura delle ripercussioni che ciò comporta, con la furia e la gioia iconoclasta che portiamo sempre con noi, nel nostro sorriso e nei nostri sguardi.” (Tomo – Fratello-Compagno sotto indagine nel contesto dell’”operazione Ardire”).

Noi non guardiamo indietro, manteniamo i nostri occhi solo in avanti…

Che quelli spaventati, o stanchi, scendano adesso dal treno. Non c’è un biglietto di ritorno. Nemmeno ritardi, né fermate… stiamo chiudendo in pugni le nostre mani e camminando contro la nostra epoca, avendo i nostri compagni come fratelli e sorelle.

Mario López è stato arrestato, mentre delle accuse sono state mosse contro la sua compagna Felicity Ryder.

Il nostro fratello Mario López, nella lettera pubblica che ha rilasciato dall’ospedale dove è in cura, ha rivendicato la sua responsabilità per il trasporto di questo ordigno incendiario, dichiarando che come anarchico egli è in guerra costante contro lo Stato ed il Potere.

Noi sentiamo la sua voce… una costante, felice, furiosa voce…

Την Τετάρτη, 13 Ιουνίου, στήθηκε η διεθνής αντιαναρχική εκστρατεία με το όνομα «επιχείρηση ευτολμία». Οι δυνάμεις της ROS (ιταλική αντιτρομοκρατική) και οι καραμπινιέροι τέθηκαν υπό των εντολών της ιεροεξετάστριας-εισαγγελέως Μανουέλα Κομόντι της Περούτζια, και προχώρησαν σε οκτώ συλλήψεις αναρχικών συντρόφων. Παράλληλα γίνονται έρευνες εναντίον και άλλων συντρόφων (ανάμεσά τους και οι σύντροφοι των Edizioni Cerbero).

Ούτε γνωρίζουμε τις λεπτομέρειες της υπόθεσης, ούτε είμαστε δικηγόροι για να μιλήσουμε με τη γλώσσα των αποδεικτικών ή μη στοιχείων. Το μόνο που ξέρουμε είναι πως οι αστυνομίες του κόσμου θέλουν να χτυπήσουν τη νέα αναρχία.

Οι δικαστές, οι εισαγγελείς, οι ανακριτές και οι μπάτσοι της αντιτρομοκρατικής θέλουν να γονατίσουν και να αλυσοδέσουν με χειροπέδες τους αδάμαστους εξεγερμένους που φωτίζουν τις νύχτες με τις ανταρσίες τους και βάφουν τις πόλεις με τα χρώματα της αναρχικής διαρκούς εξέγερσης.

Όμως, όλοι εμείς οι αναρχικοί της πράξης, οι μηδενιστές, οι χαοτικοί, οι αντικοινωνιστές έχουμε διαβεί οριστικά το σημείο που κάθε επιστροφή στην ησυχία της κανονικότητας δεν είναι πια εφικτή. Η νέα αναρχία μοιάζει με παλίρροια που στο ξέσπασμά της κατακλύζει χώρες, σύνορα και γλώσσες. Σύντροφοι που δεν έχουμε συναντηθεί ποτέ, που δε μιλάμε την ίδια γλώσσα, που μας χωρίζουν χιλιάδες χιλιόμετρα, συρματοπλέγματα και τοίχοι φυλακών, γελάμε και μελαγχολούμε με τις κοινές μας χαρές και λύπες, και η αναρχία μας καίει σαν το φως χιλίων ήλιων που ανατέλλουν μέσα στην παγωμένη νύχτα του πλήθους.

Αυτήν τη διεθνή ανταρσία θέλουν να χτυπήσουν οι αστυνομίες του κόσμου. Δεν είναι σύμπτωση που λίγο καιρό πριν από την «επιχείρηση ευτολμία» οι δυνάμεις της αντιτρομοκρατικής στη Βολιβία προχώρησαν σε συλλήψεις για τις επιθέσεις της FAI Βολιβίας. Δεν είναι τυχαίο πως η «επιχείρηση ευτολμία», εκτός από τα οκτώ αναρχικά συντρόφια στην Ιταλία, επεκτάθηκε στη Γερμανία και στην Ελβετία θέτοντας στο στόχαστρό της τους ήδη φυλακισμένους συντρόφους Gabriel Pombo Da Silva και Marco Camenisch. Αυτές οι αλχημείες των μπάτσων έγιναν τη στιγμή που οι δυο σύντροφοί μας βρίσκονται στα όρια της αποφυλάκισής τους μετά από 18 και 21 χρόνια φυλακής, αντίστοιχα.

Όμως, η παράσταση της εισαγγελικής μαριονέτας Μ. Κομόντι δε σταματά εδώ. Με την «επιχείρηση ευτολμία» έξι σύντροφοι της Συνωμοσίας Πυρήνων της Φωτιάς βρισκόμαστε υπό δικαστική έρευνα για την αλληλογραφία που είχαμε με κάποιους από τους συλληφθέντες συντρόφους.

Φυσικά, τα λαμόγια της ελληνικής αντιτρομοκρατικής δεν έχασαν την ευκαιρία να μιλήσουν για τη δήθεν συμβολή τους στην «επιχείρηση ευτολμία» μέσω υποτιθέμενων πληροφοριών που συνέλεξαν από την παρακολούθηση e-mail ανάμεσά μας. Βέβαια, οι Ιταλοί συνάδελφοί τους δεν τους επιβεβαίωσαν, καθώς οι υποτιθέμενες πληροφορίες μέσω των e-mail (που περιλαμβάνονται στην ιταλική δικογραφία) ήταν μεταφράσεις πολιτικών κειμένων που έχουν δημοσιευτεί στα αναρχικά δίκτυα αντιπληροφόρησης Culmine και ParoleArmate.

Όμως, για να μην αφήσουμε ούτε ένα χιλιοστό υποψίας δικονομικών «δικαιολογιών», ξεκαθαρίζουμε τα εξής: Ανεξάρτητα από τη δικαστική έρευνα, δηλώνουμε ότι στηρίζουμε όλες τις εξεγερτικές βίαιες ενέργειες της FAI-IRF με όλη μας τη λύσσα και την καρδιά.

Κάθε λέξη της FAI μας βρίσκει απόλυτα σύμφωνους και την κουβαλάμε μέσα μας αναζητώντας τρόπους να γίνει πράξη από τα χέρια μας. Η FAI-IRF ήταν, είναι και θα είναι η ουσία της διαρκούς αναρχικής εξέγερσης. Συμμετέχουμε, στηρίζουμε και προωθούμε την άτυπη αναρχική ομοσπονδία-διεθνές επαναστατικό μέτωπο (FAI-IRF).

Όμως, η προπαγάνδα του εχθρού και οι στρατιωτικο-αστυνομικές επιχειρήσεις του, όπως η «επιχείρηση ευτολμία», εκτός από τις συλλήψεις αποσκοπούν και στο να κατασκευάσουν ένα κλίμα φόβου. Θέλουν να μεταφέρουν το φόβο της φυλακής και την εικόνα της παντοδύναμης αστυνομίας, ώστε να διακόψουν τις εχθροπραξίες της νέας αναρχίας εναντίον του συστήματος.

Αυτό που τώρα έχει για μας σημασία είναι να πολεμήσουμε το φόβο. Είναι ο δικός μας τρόπος να περάσουμε πρώτοι στην επίθεση. «Αυτό σημαίνει να βυθίσουμε το μαχαίρι πιο βαθιά στην καρδιά του εχθρού, χωρίς φόβο για τις συνέπειες που συνεπάγεται, με την οργή και την εικονοκλαστική χαρά που πάντα κουβαλάμε μαζί μας στα χαμόγελα και στα μάτια μας» (Tomo – Αδερφός Σύντροφος υπό δικαστική έρευνα για την «επιχείρηση ευτολμία»)

Όσοι φοβήθηκαν, ή κουράστηκαν, ας κατεβούν τώρα από το τρένο. Δεν υπάρχει εισιτήριο επιστροφής. Ούτε Αναβολή και ενδιάμεσες στάσεις… Σφίγγουμε τα χέρια μας σε γροθιά και βαδίζουμε ενάντια στην εποχή μας, έχοντας γι’ αδέρφια τους συντρόφους μας.

Ο Μάριο Λόπες συνελήφθη, ενώ παράλληλα ασκήθηκε δίωξη στη συντρόφισσά του Felicity Ryder.

Ο αδερφός μας Μάριο Λόπες, στο δημόσιο γράμμα που έβγαλε από το νοσοκομείο όπου νοσηλεύεται, ανέλαβε την ευθύνη για τη μεταφορά του εμπρηστικού μηχανισμού, δηλώνοντας ότι ως αναρχικός βρίσκεται σε διαρκή πόλεμο με το κράτος και την εξουσία.

On Wednesday, June 13th, the international anti-anarchist campaign under the name ‘operation boldness’ was set up. The Italian antiterrorism forces of ROS and carabiniers were put under the command of the Inquisitor-prosecutor of Perugia Manuela Comodi, and proceeded to arrest eight anarchist comrades. In parallel, investigations are conducted against other comrades as well (among them are the comrades of Edizioni Cerbero).

We neither know the details of the case, nor are we lawyers to speak the language of documentary evidence or not. All we know is that the world’s police want to strike down the new anarchy.

Judges, prosecutors, interrogators and antiterrorism cops want to kneel down and chain in handcuffs the indomitable insurgents that illuminate the nights with their rebellions and paint the cities with the colours of a lasting anarchist insurrection.

However, all we anarchists of praxis, nihilists, chaotics, and antisocialists have definitively crossed the point where any return to the peace of normality is no longer feasible. The new anarchy looks like the tidal outburst overwhelming countries, borders and languages. Comrades that we haven’t ever met with each other, who do not speak the same language, and thousands of miles, barbed wires and prison walls separate us, are laughing and fall into melancholy with our shared joys and sorrows, and our anarchy burns like the light of one thousand suns that erupt in the frosty night of the crowd.

The world’s police want to strike down this very international rebellion. It is no coincidence that, shortly before the ‘operation boldness’, antiterrorist forces in Bolivia proceeded to arrest people in relation to FAI-Bolivia attacks. It is by no coincidence that the ‘operation boldness’, apart from affecting the eight anarchist comrades in Italy, expanded to Germany and Switzerland, setting its sights on the already imprisoned comrades Gabriel Pombo Da Silva and Marco Camenisch. These alchemies of cops were carried out at the precise moment that our two comrades are on the verge of release after 18 and 21 years in prison, respectively.

But the performance of the prosecutorial marionette M.Comodi does not stop here. With the ‘operation boldness’ six of us, Conspiracy of Cells of Fire comrades, are under judicial investigation due to the correspondence we had with some of the arrested comrades.

Naturally, the wire-pullers of the Greek terror unit did not miss the opportunity to talk about their supposed contribution to the ‘operation boldness’ by alleged information collected from monitoring e-mails between us. Of course, their Italian colleagues never gave a confirmation of that, since the alleged information via e-mails (included in the Italian case file) was translations of political texts that have been published in the anarchist counter-information networks Culmine and ParoleArmate.

But, in order not to leave even one inch of suspicion of legalistic ‘excuses’, we make it clear that: Regardless of the judicial inquiry, we declare that we support all FAI-IRF insurrectionist violent actions with all our rage and heart.

We are wholeheartedly endorsing every word from FAI and carry it within us, seeking ways to make it into praxis from our own hands. FAI-IRF was, is and will be the essence of the lasting anarchist insurrection. We support, promote and participate in the informal anarchist federation–international revolutionary front (FAI-IRF).

However, the enemy’s propaganda and military-police operations, such as the ‘operation boldness’, in addition to arrests, are aimed at constructing a climate of fear. They wish to convey the fear of prison and the image of the all-powerful police, so as to suspend the new anarchy’s warfares against the system.

What’s important to us right now is to fight fear. It is our own way to go first on the counter-attack. “This means to sink the knife further into the heart of the enemy, without fear of the consequences that this entails, with the fury and iconoclastic joy that we always carry with us, in our smiles and in our eyes” (Tomo – Brother Comrade under judicial investigation in the context of the ‘operation boldness’)

Jueves 13 de junio, fue montada la campaña anti-anarquista internacional llamada “Operación Osadía”. Las fuerzas de ROS (unidad antiterrorista italiana) y los carabineros, bajo las órdenes de la inquisidora-fiscal M.Comodi de Perugia, realizaron detenciones de ocho COMPAÑERXS ANARQUISTAS. Al mismo tiempo se llevan a cabo investigaciones contra otros compañerxs más (entre ellxs también compañerxs de Edizioni Cerbero).

No conocemos las detalles del caso, tampoco somos abogadxs que hablen el idioma de las pruebas, sea de evidencia o no. Lo único que sabemos es que las policías del mundo quieren golpear la nueva anarquía.
Los jueces, fiscales, jueces de instrucción y maderos de la unidad antiterrorista quieren poner de rodillas y encadenar con esposas lxs indómitxs insurrectxs que iluminan las noches con sus rebeldías y que pintan las ciudades con colores de la insurrección permanente anárquica.

Sin embargo todxs nosotrxs, lxs anarquistas de praxis, lxs nihilistas, lxs caóticxs y lxs anti-sociales, ya hemos pasado definitivamente el punto en que cualquier vuelta a la calma de la normalidad era posible. La nueva anarquía se parece a una marea que al estallar inunda países enteros, fronteras e idiomas. Compañerxs que nunca encontraron unx al otrx, que no hablan el mismo idioma y que nos dividen miles de kilómetros, alambradas y muros carcelarios, nos reímos y nos ponemos tristes con alegrías y penas que tenemos en común, y nuestra anarquía arde como la luz de mil soles que rayan el alba en la helada noche del gentío.

A esta rebeldía internacional quieren golpear las policías del mundo. No es coincidencia que un poco antes de la “Operación Osadía”, las fuerzas antiterroristas de Bolivia realizaron detenciones por los ataques de la FAI boliviana. No es casual que la “Operación Osadía”, aparte de lxs 8 COMPAÑERXS ANARQUISTAS detenidxs en Italia, se extendió a Alemania y Suiza, apuntando a los compañeros Gabriel Pombo da Silva y Marco Camenisch que ya estaban presos. Estas alquimias policiales ocurrieron en el momento en que estos dos COMPAÑEROS nuestros están cerca de ser liberados, después de 18 y 21 años respectivamente.

No obstante, la actuación de esa marioneta fiscal M. Comodi no acaba aquí. Con la “Operación Osadía” seis compañerxs de la Conspiración de Células del Fuego nos encontramos investigados por la correspondencia que hemos mantenido con algunxs de lxs compañerxs detenidxs.
Naturalmente, los pendejos de la unidad antiterrorista griega no perdieron la oportunidad de hablar sobre su supuesta contribución a la “Operación Osadía” por medio de las supuestas informaciones que juntaron vigilando los correos electrónicos que enviamos. Por cierto, sus colegas italianos no lo confirman, ya que las supuestas informaciones sacadas de los correos electrónicos (que están incluidas en las actas italianas) eran unas traducciones de los textos políticos publicados en REDES ANARQUISTAS CONTRAINFORMATIVAS Culmine y Parole Armate.

Pero, para no dejar ni un milímetro de sospecha sobre “justificaciones” del procedimiento legal, aclaramos lo siguiente: independiente de la investigación jurídica, declaramos que apoyamos a todos los rebeldes y violentos actos de la FAI/FRI con toda nuestra rabia y corazón.

Con cada una de las palabras de la FAI estamos totalmente de acuerdo y las llevamos dentro de nosotrxs buscando las maneras en que nuestros manos las convertirán en práctica. La FAI/FRI era, es y seguirá siendo la esencia de la insurrección permanente anarquista. Participamos, apoyamos y promulgamos la federación anarquista informal y el frente revolucionario internacional (FAI-FRI).

Pero la propaganda del enemigo y sus operaciones militares-policiales, como la “Operación Osadía”, aparte de las detenciones aspiran también a crear un clima del miedo. Quieren traer el miedo de encarcelamiento y el imagen de una policía omnipotente, para parar los ataques de nueva anarquía contra el sistema.

Esto que es importante para nosotrxs ahora es combatir el miedo. Es nuestra manera de pasar al ataque como primerxs. “Esto significa hundir el cuchillo más profundamente en el corazón del enemigo, sin temer las consecuencias que esto supone, con la rabia y el placer iconoclasta que siempre llevamos en nuestras sonrisas y nuestros ojos.” Tomo (Hermano y Compañero bajo investigación jurídica por “Operación Osadía”).

Postdata. En el momento en que escribíamos estas palabras nos llegó una mala noticia. En México, EL COMPAÑERO ANARQUISTA MARIO LÓPEZ resultó herido cuando estalló el artefacto incendiario que llevaba encima.

Mario López fue detenido, mientras que al mismo tiempo se puso en marcha una persecución penal contra su compañera, Felicity Ryder.
Nuestro hermano Mario López, en la carta pública que sacó desde el hospital, asumió la responsabilidad por trasportar el artefacto incendiario, declarando que siendo anarquista está en permanente guerra con el Estado y el Poder.
Oímos su voz…Voz firme, alegre, enrabiada…
