| A group of students from Montreal’s School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, known as the Autonomous Witches for Total Freedom (@-WTF) would like it to be publicly known that we have been on strike along with the muggle students for the past hundred days or so. We are united with the muggles in their fight against He Who Must Not Be Named, known to some as the premier of this province, along with his minions the Death Eaters, and the Dementors who enforce his cruel laws. In recent weeks we have felt it necessary to make our presence known. We would like to claim responsibility for the following actions: |
- The four metre deep sinkhole that opened up on Sherbrooke St. in downtown Montreal on May 22^nd
- The fireball reportedly thrown at the Dementors (the SPVM) who enforce the evil laws of He Who Must Not Be Named.
- The two tornadoes near Montreal that tore down kilometres of Hydro-Quebec power lines (Hydro-Quebec being among the Death Eaters who will profit from the horrendous Plan Nord) and ripped the roof off a church in Mirabel on Friday the 25^th
- The flash flood that paralyzed commerce in the downtown area, shut down several highways and the orange line of metro system on Tuesday the 29^th .
- These actions that disrupt the daily lives of muggles and wizards alike are intended to shake people from the onslaught of the distractions that face us daily; mind numbing work, quidditch matches, shopping, television, and so on.
We have decided to channel our m@gical powers into continued economic disruptions, not only until education is free, but until we destroy the capitalist system of the Death Eaters completely, along with their prisons and the Dementors who maintain them.
Be prepared for more magic in the coming weeks. There will be more hexes and curses coming your way.
